Our Comprehensive production facilities are primary contributors to product quality and consistency. Production operations are carried out in 6 separate factories, which are sited within 300 meters of each other. As one specific operation may require a spotlessly clean environment, separate factories would ensure such an environment.
Our 6 factories measuring about 48,000 sq. meters in total ensure sufficient space and capacity to fulfill orders and requirements in quantity, quality, as well as urgency. We have in our hands advanced German and Italian machines and equipment to enable us to pursue excellence in our product.

Our Kiln-drying facilities ensure every piece of lumber is sufficiently dried up to a moisture content of 10% – 12%, ideally suited for picture frame moulding manufacturing. Our Danish state-of-the-art Dust Collector and Boiler System maintain a conducive dust-free environment.
