1) SOFTWARE ANALYST (1 full-time position)

Responsibilities:

  • To involve in organization-wide business process improvement management & operational efficiency, and to develop and maintain customized business IT solutions.
  • Provide application consulting, SDLC implementation and support services to internal-clients.
  • Assist to conduct user training and generate user guide documentation.
  • Liaising with external consultants.
  • IT Network & Security knowledge & experience is an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
  • With 1-3 years of working experience.
  • Required skill(s): VB.net, Visual Basic, VBA
  • Preferred skill(s): Web programming ¨C ASP
  • Required Language: English, Chinese
  • Strong analytical, creative and problem solving skills.

2) QA EXECUTIVE (1 full-time position)

Responsibilities:

  • To check and verify quality of the incoming material.
  • To control finished product quality before delivery.
  • To implement and monitor quality procedure and SOP.
  • Implementation and follow-up the Quality System, and to ensure compliance with it.
  • To maintain and monitor company quality system, ISO9001:2000, FSC at all time.
  • To analyze quality results to improve quality.
  • To follow up the inspection of packaging material, in process, FP.
  • Treatment of the non-conformity.
  • To analyze customers¡¯ complaints.
  • To conduct quality meeting with production.

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably 1 year in wooden product industry.
  • A team player with cost conscious, disciplined, positive and resourceful in problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong capability in quality assurance, negotiation and coordination of the day-to-day production activities
  • Required Language: English and Chinese.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in management information system such as ERP (BAAN or SAP) and process improvement methodology (TQM, Six Sigma, SPC) is an advantage.

3) EXPORT MARKETING EXECUTIVE (1 full-time position)

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of sales: attend to customer enquiries, correspondence, price quotation, complaints & other customer¡¯s related services. Ensuring excellent customer service to export customers and customers requirements & expectations are always fulfilled.
  • Order & delivery processing: process orders & liaise with internal departments for each PO received till the shipment is delivered. Ensuring customer¡¯s orders are being handled promptly and delivered on-time.
  • Shipping: oversee shipping activities such as documents preparation, shipment arrangement, liaise with freight forwarders/forwarding agent, government authorities/agency & any other shipping vendors.
  • Reporting & analyzing relevant management reports.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in related field. Preferably having experience in Export Trade specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English. The ability to converse in Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Required skill (s): shipping knowledge, analytical mind & communication skill, multi-tasking and computer literate.
  • Possess good interpersonal and organization skill and enjoy working with different level of people and have passion to motivate the team member to meet department objective.

4) ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER – INTERNAL AUDIT (1 full-time position)

Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate the internal control systems, risk management processes and governance practices within the Group of companies in order to provide assurance to the Audit Committee, Board of Directors and Senior Management on the integrity, adequacy and effectiveness of such systems.
  • Plan and execute audit assignments in accordance with the annual audit plan.
  • Lead audit team to carry out audit assignments throughout the Group.
  • Prepare audit reports on each audit assignment and make recommendations for corrective action and conduct follow-up on agreed action plans where appropriate.
  • Conduct exit meetings with the various levels of operational management after each audit assignment.
  • Prepare activity reports to the Audit Committee during quarterly / periodic Audit Committee meetings.
  • Contribute to the overall achievement of audit team KPIs and department goals.
  • Ensuring continuing relevance of audit plan by keeping abreast of significant development within job portfolio and its risk impact.
  • Participate in building a strong, strategically focused and value adding internal audit function for the Group to meet with the expectations of key stakeholders (Audit Committee, Management, Board of Directors, regulatory bodies etc).

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree (Accounting / Finance/ Business) or relevant professional qualifica tion (ACCA/ CIMA/ MICPA/ CPA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years in audit (internal / external) or with relevant experience in business operations with at least 2 year in the respective managerial capacities;
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and possess good report writing skills
  • Possess positive attitudes, hardworking and good analytical skills
  • Good command of English and computer literate
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport
  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage

5) FINANCE OFFICER (1 full-time position)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and/ or review consolidated accounts, financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecast ing exercise.
  • Assist in product costing and oversee the internal control system.
  • iaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other statutory authorities to ensure compliance with Statu tory & Listing Requirements, Accounting Standards and Malaysia tax rules.
  • Assist in corporate reporting, compliance matters related to Bursa Listing and other regulatory requirements and other corporate matters.

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Accounting, Finance, MICPA, ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Audit/ Manufacturing experience in handling accounting, compliance, taxation, budgeting and costing.
  • Required Language: English and Malay.
  • Possess high degree of self-motivation and able to work independently.
